Magnetoresistive Sensors

Single Magnetoresistive Sensors

Digitrac® Solid-state Single Magnetoresistive sensors with digital or analog output and true zero-speed capability provide valuable output by indicating relative position within the sensing area with an incremental position output.

Its unique magnetoresistive technology provides high signal clarity in an attractive cost effective package, with or without signal conditioning and it is available in two resolution packages.

These sensors are frequently used with single magnet targets in counting, function start/stop, or orientation alignment of mechanical and electronic indexing equipment applications. Contact Sales for more details on how Digitrac can fit your most demanding application.

Dual Magnetoresistive Sensors

Bitrac™ Solid-state Dual Magnetoresistive sensors with digitized incremental position output takes the process one step further by indicating direction of target motion.

Direction is indicated by a second distinct output with two designated dc voltages. This bidirectional output is highly accurate and updated twice per cycle.

Available in two resolution versions Bitrac eliminates costly design and assembly functions and gives reliable, maintenance free performance from a single solid state magnetic sensor.

The sensor uses magnetoresistive rather than hall-effect technology, resulting in a strong primary input with no signal (and therefore no noise) amplification prior to conditioning.

The entire system circuitry benefits from Bitrac’s initially high signal-to-noise ratio and improved digital-output clarity, contact Sales to learn more about Dual Magnetoresistive sensors or complete our online questionnaire for a fast quote.
